Neither water nor time.
Global technology. Guyanese focus.
01 / The problem
Leaks don't fix themselves.
Ceiling stains, peeling paint and mould that keeps coming back. Rust creeping across a metal roof. Water pooling on a flat roof after every downpour. One patch on top of another — and it still leaks. Most roofs don't need replacing: they need sealing, properly, in one continuous layer.
A raincoat for your roof.
WetSuit® is a liquid membrane — membrane technology. We spray it directly onto your roof, where it forms one continuous waterproof skin with no joints and no seams — because seams are exactly where water gets in. It seals every crack, screw hole and edge, sticks tight to the surface, and flexes with heat and movement instead of cracking.

02 / The products
The products, in plain words.
Our main roof coating and the finishes that complete the job — explained simply. The full technical names and data stay in the system details below, for engineers and specifiers.
2
WetSuit® 2-Part
“The fast one.” Our main roof coating: sprayed on, it sets in seconds and is ready for rain almost at once.
Instant set: 80% cured within 3 seconds
Rain-resistant almost immediately, including light rain once applied
Can be spray-applied to the specified thickness in a single pass
Designed for roofing, waterproofing and air or vapor barrier work
1
WetSuit® 1-Part
“The versatile one.” Sprayed, brushed or rolled — ideal for smaller jobs, details and repairs.
Single-component application by spray, brush or roller
Applies vertically up to 80 mils wet
Suited to standing-seam metal, aged SPF, wood and concrete
Used alone or as counter-flashing with WetSuit® 2-Part
The finishing kit & the complete system
The two-component system uses a catalyst to create its instant set. The cold-sprayed membrane adheres fully to the substrate, flashes itself around details and can be built to the specified thickness in one pass without running or sagging on vertical work.
80% cure within 3 seconds
Takes light rain once applied
Above- and below-grade uses
The single-component, self-leveling membrane has chemistry and physical properties similar to WetSuit® 2-Part without the instant-set catalyst. It can be sprayed, brushed or rolled, with Invisilink™ reinforcement embedded at seams and joints when the specification calls for it.
Spray, brush or roller applied
Standalone or counter-flashing
Roofing and building-envelope work
A water-based, self-leveling membrane used beneath or between WetSuit® products. Combined with Invisilink™ fabric, it pre-strips joints, penetrations, edges and cant strips, and levels localized areas before the main membrane is applied.

Tenacious substrate adhesion
Works with reinforcement fabric
WetSuit® Trowel is a high-viscosity patching compound for cracks, joints, tears, penetrations, ducting and flashing details. Fiber Trowel adds fiberglass reinforcement for higher-tensile, low-elongation patching at high-movement penetrations and joints.
Trowel or brush applied
Fills cracks and voids
Detailing on varied substrates
Prime Mate is a water-based acrylic primer for PVC, Hypalon and aged TPO surfaces, designed to promote adhesion and resist plasticizer migration. Invisilink™ is the reinforcement fabric used at seams, joints and other details, or throughout a fully reinforced assembly.
Single-ply surface preparation
Plasticizer migration resistance
Targeted or full reinforcement
The correct assembly starts with the existing surface, exposure, movement, drainage, details and intended use. Guyana WetSuit reviews those conditions before recommending membrane, preparation, reinforcement and finish requirements.

03 / Why it works
Why it works.
One continuous skin of liquid membrane, sprayed over the roof you already have — built for Guyana’s sun, coastal air and heavy tropical rain.
Rain-proof in seconds — 80% cured in 3 seconds; a passing shower doesn't stop the job or ruin it.
No seams, no joints — one continuous skin, so there's nothing to lift, split or leak.
Restore, don't replace — in most cases we coat over your existing roof: concrete, metal, aged foam and more (confirmed at inspection).
Built for our weather — made to stand up to Guyana’s sun, coastal air and heavy tropical rain.
Cooler option — add the REFLEX™ reflective finish and your roof bounces the sun back: cooler rooms, lower energy bills, longer life.
Up to 30-year warranty — written, on complete systems.

Explore applications
A fully adhered, monolithic WetSuit® membrane can restore many existing roof assemblies without introducing new field seams. Applications include modified bitumen, aged spray polyurethane foam, standing-seam metal, wood and concrete, subject to inspection and the specified preparation.
Exposed roofs and repairs
Seams, fasteners and flashings
Internal gutters and transitions
Cold-applied WetSuit® membranes can protect vertical and horizontal surfaces above or below grade. Typical uses include foundation walls, split slabs, plaza decks, planter boxes, ponds, fountains and shower-pan assemblies, with compatible protection and finishes where required.
Above- and below-grade work
Vertical and horizontal surfaces
Complex shapes and penetrations
Because the membrane is seamless, fully adhered and low-permeance, WetSuit® can form part of a continuous air and vapor control layer. Details at transitions and penetrations are integrated so the barrier continues across the building envelope.
